Initial Visit
90 minutes, $110
At your first acupuncture visit, we have a dedicated 30- 45 minutes reviewing your health history and health goals. This gives us ample time to really get to know you as a full person, not just you as your symptoms. After the intake, you will have plenty of time to comfortably rest with the needles in. When appropriate, your session will end with cupping and massage. You will leave this appointment with a treatment plan, including lifestyle and dietary recommendations, along with how many acupuncture sessions will be appropriate to reach your desired outcome.
Return Visit
60 minutes, $90
After your initial visit, majority of the session is dedicated to letting you rest with the needles in. When you first arrive, we will check in on tracking symptoms, how they have changed, and if new symptoms have come up. Often times, when we are trying to address the root cause of an imbalance, symptoms change before they are gone for good. We will continue to adapt your treatment plan as needed and can discuss a Chinese herbal formula for you if desired.
3 Visits
Save 7% ($19 off), $251
This plan is great for anyone wanting to test the waters in how acupuncture can help you. By committing to three sessions, your body will start to feel the cumulative effects.
6 Visits
Save 10% ($54 off), $486
We commonly recommend 6 acupuncture visits to be the minimum amount of visits to create significant change. This recommendation varies depending on the person and their health goals. This plan is great for the person who is ready to invest in themselves and commit to their health.
9 Visits
Save 13% ($105 off), $705
We recommend this plan for individuals seeking sustainable change. Since these visits never expire, you can schedule out your appointments as you see fit. Often times, when an imbalance (the symptom you are experiencing) comes back into balance (the relief of that symptom), it can take time for the body to integrate change. Our goal to establish a healthy foundation to optimize vitality takes time. Monthly acupuncture treatments are a great way to nourish your foundation, and a well deserved gift to give to yourself.
Cancelation Policy
We understand that life can get complicated and that last minute changes happen. However, we ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Not showing up to your appointment or canceling within 24 hours will result in a $50 no show/ late cancelation fee. We appreciate your understanding for this.

Covid Policy

On April 3rd, 2023, the mask mandate for health facilities was lifted in the state of Washington. Therefore, we are making wearing a mask optional, and your acupuncturist is happy to wear a mask upon request

If you are experiencing any Covid like symptoms (fever, sore throat, body aches, loss of smell or taste, etc.), we ask that you notify us so we can reschedule your appointment, free of any cancellation fee.

If you visited Rooting Wellness, and later found out that had tested positive for Covid, we ask that you notify us so that we can notify anyone who may have been impacted by this.
